Rockwell Granger put everything on the line in pursuit of cooking for a living. A few years later, after borrowing money from the Bardem Brothers - who run the Portland food cart scene with an iron fist - things aren't working out exactly as planned. While he struggles to make a dent on the margins and fights with the few customers he has, the Bardems call in his debt for a favor: tracking down a food truck invading their turf.
Meanwhile, Rock's taco truck has been invaded by Harper Marbury, a mysterious vegetarian whose breaking and entering abilities are only outpaced by her cooking skills. As Rock adjusts to this new arrangement, he'll have to polish his rusty social skills and dig up his past as a military cop in hopes of salvaging the burned remains of his American dream.
